I have had 10 years of professional experience several of which were spent looking after Balfour Beatty's Infrastructure at the Raynesway site in Derby. I've successfully looked after sites all over the country from London, to Scotland, to Wales, and I've made plenty of new friends along the way : )
I'm self taught originally and I've learnt from the ground up, so one of my strong points is being able to communicate problems to people with little or no IT knowledge. I don't do jargon and I won't over complicate things. We all have to start somewhere.
I will gladly explain my processes to you, and will never carry out additional work without it being explained and agreed.
