Prices
Generally we will agree a fixed rate with you unless you prefer an hourly charge. We will not carry out any additional work unless you have agreed to it first, and there will never be any hidden charges.

We don't charge call out fees, and we don't charge for quotes.....EVER.
We're not a supplier of parts, and we don't have any ties to any resellers. If you need something then we will show you the best, cheapest, safest places to shop online and will advise you on what's good and what's not - We have a huge background in technology in general and can advise on most electronic items, from TV's to Cameras, just ask.
We will gladly negotiate on our prices, all that we ask is that you don't take the mickey....We won't.
We guarantee that we will beat any other quote that you can find and we guarantee that you won't find a more friendly, personal service than ours.
If you've ever had the misfortune to deal with PC World you'll know that they usually charge around £75 just to look at your computer and that's before they even start work. This is totally against everything that we stand for, so please consider us before spending money on a poor service offered by one of the large chains.
