INSTRUCTIONS...
Please ensure that you've arranged for us to connect remotely before using this service.
Remote Support allows us to connect remotely to your computer, meaning we can take control of your screen and fix any problems that you might be experiencing without the need to visit your home. The only requirement is that you have an active internet connection in order to download the relevant client application.
If you require remote support then download the following application and then follow the instructions below;
Download TeamViewer Client application - Windows version (Most users)
Download TeamViewer Client application - Mac OS-X version
Download the application to your Desktop (or somewhere equally as memorable). The client application DOES NOT install anything at all to your computer
and is extremely easy to use - Simply locate the application and double click on it to run it.
Once the application has started make a note of the 'ID' and 'Password' that it generates. You will need to supply us with this in order for us to connect to your computer.
Once you provide us with your unique credentials we will remote connect to your computer, during which time we will be able to take full control of your session. You will be able to see exactly what we do, and you are able to interect or close the remote session at any time.
Please note - Once the session is over and the client application is closed your computer will no longer accept remote connections. If you chose to run the application again it will generate another totally unique ID & Password combination . This application is totally trustworthy and 100% secure. Once you close or delete the downloaded file it is inoperable.
This service is currently in testing, but we believe it will prove to be an excellent way to offer an efficient mode of instant support which will be particularly useful for virus removal and optimization.
